Intensive support to prepare for the training
The goal of the Summer Academy of the IHK Foundation is to pave the way for young people with difficult access to the training and labor market for a durable professional integration, and at the same time to counteract the growing shortage of skilled workers. The Summer Academy is aimed at school graduates who have not yet found an apprenticeship and want to prepare for the training.
In the Summer Academy courses, participants receive intensive support in mathematics in the mornings, followed by communication, team and application trainings in the afternoons. Upon successful completion of the courses, participants receive a certificate to demonstrate their commitment to training companies.
